CrossFit Escalate offers youth programs that are designed to both educate your child on the importance of exercise as well as prepare their bodies and minds for optimal growth and development.

Each year, rates of chronic diseases like type-2 diabetes, obesity, and liver disease – conditions once associated with the sick and elderly – rise among children, from toddlers to teenagers.

And yet each year, more schools reduce their physical education programs. Recess is becoming a thing of the past. Cafeteria food, deeply flawed nutrition education, and sugar-stocked vending machines only contribute to the problem.

Kids need to move. To play. To stand up from their desks and couches and go outside, go to the gym, learn how to move and nourish their bodies in a safe and healthy community.

WHAT'S A CLASS LIKE?

CFEK classes are designed to be safe, all-inclusive, exercise classes that teach, encourage, motivate and excite participants of all ages.

Sessions are designed around movements like running, jumping, squatting, climbing, team-building, and more and are conducted in a format similar to those of traditional CrossFit classes led by coaches who have been trained to work specifically with adolescents and young children.
